How to download minecraft without migration

I now cannot log into Minecraft's website or use the Minecraft Launcher. I can only log into Microsoft's website I have access to my profile, username and email. Any idea why this hasn't Migrated properly? Can I get some support help, not sure where to go from here. Is this a problem with Microsoft, or Mojang? Or did I make a simple error somewhere along the way that has locked me out of my account or something else?

I can log into Mojang's website with my Microsoft account. So this is what happens when I try to log into the launcher. I am able to log into Microsoft's website with my Microsoft account and access that profile, I am even able to log into Minecraft's website, but only have limited access. I should also note: My other account that is not migrated still works with the launcher, and on Minecrafts website. It has something to do with Migration clearly.
